Co-Chairs are involved in all aspects of the event, as well as those of the Pre-Party. They communicate with approximately 50 committee members, coordinate logistics of the event with elementary school administrators, acquire storage facilities and transportation for 60 desks, promote the event through various mediums, and control the finances.
