The Event Planning committee manages both the broad and detail-oriented aspects of the event, as well as plan the Pre-Party which takes place the week before. For the Pre-Party, they brainstorm craft and game ideas, and make sure all supplies are obtained. For the event, they book the entertainment for the day, order refreshments for participants, and above all ensure that the event runs smoothly.
